Thank you so much for viewing my support raising page! As you may already know, I am currently finishing up my senior year at High Point University and graduation (and the real world) is quickly approaching! I have made plans to stay in High Point after graduating and I am currently looking for a job in the Greensboro/High Point area but I really want to tell you about what I’m doing this summer with my church.

Last summer I had the opportunity to stay in High Point and learn all about honoring God in my work through a program called City Life and it was one of the best summers I have ever had. The relationships I built, the things I learned, the huge steps I made in my faith and the way God worked in and through me last summer were life changing and I could go on and on. After seeing everything God did in my life last summer, I knew I wanted to dive deeper and leverage my last free summer for the sake of the Gospel. And that’s where City Project comes into the picture. Every summer my church, Mercy Hill, invites college students to take part in one of their summer projects that are meant to send out students to spread God’s word to lost and unreached people groups all over the world. After a lot of prayer, I decided to apply and was accepted to City Project 2017!

So I’m sure you might be wondering, what exactly is City Project? City Project is an eight-week discipleship opportunity for college students where we are trained to grow deeper as a disciple of Christ and learn to make disciples who make disciples. We will spend two months being immersed in the local church and cities around the world. I will spend a week in New York City engaging Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs, and Buddhists with the gospel. The middle of the summer will consist of several weeks in Greensboro where I will receive theological and ministry training from the pastors of Mercy Hill. During this time, I will learn to effectively share the gospel and will serve the city of Greensboro in response to the gospel through internships with local ministries or with members of the Mercy Hill Staff. During the last two weeks of the summer, I will travel abroad to serve alongside Mercy Hill Church Planters in Thailand! This is an excellent opportunity for me to explore the mission of God, develop a heart and mind for God, and better understand what it means to leverage my entire life for the gospel of Jesus Christ.

I truly can’t express how excited I am for this summer and I would love for you to join me in my journey! I would love for you to partner with me in prayer and pray for my team and me leading up to and throughout the summer. I would also love for you to partner with me financially if you are willing and able to do so. In order to make this summer possible, I need to raise $4800 and that will not be possible without your prayers and generosity. So if you are able to give $100, $150, $200, or any other amount, it will be greatly appreciated.
