Hi, I'm Tiffany Green! I currently am a student at UNCG with hopes of becoming an education major. I am involved with many things on campus such as the Spartan Guard, Campus Outreach, and other campus ministries. This year God has really changed my life. Coming to UNCG has impacted my life tremendously. God convicted me of my lifestyle and offered me a life full of grace and peace. I found a wonderful church, Mercy Hill, and loving and supportive friends. God has blessed me beyond my wildest dreams within the past months!
I have also grown in my personal walk with Jesus. He has called me to go outside of my comfort zones to befriend and witness to many great people, pour into and walk with many awesome women, and to care for the spiritual states of others. In this season of my life, God is calling me to reach the nations through City Project!
During City Project, I will be able to experience first-hand His mission locally, nationally, and internationally. The first week of City Project is spent in New York City, where I will engage Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs, and Buddhists with the gospel. New York City is a place where the nations have strategically gathered, and I will get to speak with people who may have never heard the name of Jesus otherwise. The middle four weeks will be spent in Greensboro. During that time, I will be taking theological classes, working an internship, and serving at Mercy Hill, among many other things. Lastly, I will go abroad for the final two weeks of City Project. In those two weeks, I will serve alongside full-time missionaries who are working in another country to see Jesus praised there.
I'm excited about learning more about God and the mission this summer, and I would love for you to partner with me. There are three big ways you can support me as I get ready for the summer. First, you can be praying for me. The reality is, unless God moves in my heart and in the hearts of others, it really doesn't matter what we do. Pray that God would move in my heart, that I would grow during the summer, and that he would save people locally, nationally, and internationally. Secondly, I ask for your financial partnership this summer. I am asking people to jump on with me at either $100, $300, or $500. The total required for City Project is $5000 and is required by May 21, 2018. I would greatly appreciate it if you were able to support me this way. You can give online here! Additionally, I also could use your partnership in being an advocate for me. If you know anyone who may be interested in partnering with me in any way, please let me know. I would love to reach out and connect with them.
