Hi Everyone!

My name is Bianca. I’m originally from a small, two-stoplight town called Robbins, but I’ve called Greensboro home since college. I have degrees in Political Science and Economics, and I currently work in Finance with hopes of going to graduate school one day for my MBA.

I was raised in a church environment where mission trips were never discussed, so naturally, it wasn’t something that I ever really thought of doing. That definitely changed for me, along with my life in general, when I started coming to Mercy Hill in 2016. When I first started hearing about our mission trips at the Missions Expo, it was something my heart was drawn to. Last year, I thought about going on a mission trip, but talked myself out it, and I almost did this year as well. It’s so easy to come up with excuses about why you shouldn’t go, but if it’s something you feel God has placed on your heart then you should definitely go!

It breaks my heart to think that there are people around the world who have never heard the name Jesus before or seen the life change that can come from following Jesus. For that reason alone I couldn’t be more excited about going on a short term mission trip with a group from Mercy Hill to East Asia from June 22nd-July 1st. While in Asia, I’ll be working with a missionary from Mercy Hill who currently lives in this area to share the Gospel with a minority group in this region. I hope that God will use me on this trip to help reach the unreachable.

I would really appreciate you praying with me as I raise support for my trip. I’m a little late signing onto this trip, and in order to go, need to raise $1,500 by April 15th and the full amount of $2,500 by April 30th. Would you consider supporting me financially?
