Hey Y'all! My name is Martha Swanson and I am a freshman at Samford University in Birmingham Alabama. College has been a great opportunity for me to grow in my faith and share with others what the Lord has been teaching me.

The Lord has been so faithful and good. He laid this program on my heart a few months ago and I couldn't help but apply! Through City Project, I will be serving locally and internationally for an 8 week time period from the end of May to the end of July. As a team, we will grow and get equipped with how to better spread the gospel. I cannot wait to see what the Lord will do in my heart and the hearts of others! Thank you for your willingness to join me on this journey. My prayer is that the Lord not only stretches me during the fundraising process but stretches you too. My ask is that you turn to the Lord in this and truly ask Him how much He wants you to give me to further His Kingdom. Giving money to people who have been raising it for the purpose of furthering the Kingdom has been something in my own spiritual growth that the Lord really has grown me and got me out of my comfort zone in. So let us walk this journey together and see what the Lord will do! I trust that I will raise this money through prayer, reaching out of my comfort zone and fully surrendering to Him.
